As part of Precision OT's production team, the Operations Specialist will perform a variety of tasks and responsibilities to ensure orders are processed and completed in a timely and accurately manner. A typical day will consist of matching parts with orders in our ERP system, labeling, programing, packing, and shipping orders.

Skills / Qualifications (Competencies):



  • Demonstrated ability to take a process-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent attention to detail



Education & Experience:



  • Minimum High School Diploma equivalent


  • Familiarity with ERP systems preferred



Essential Functions:



  • Programing parts for orders using built production applications and specific tuning boxes
  • Labeling parts to match order requirements
  • Knowledge of part numbers and understand what each type means
  • Utilize ERP to track production status
  • Prepare, and pack orders to be shipped per customer requests

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
