Executive Assistant - Nonprofit Healthcare Organization
Location: Hollywood, CA (Onsite)
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000/year

A leading nonprofit healthcare organization in Hollywood is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO, VP, and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience working closely with a Board of Directors and thrive in a mission-driven, nonprofit environment.

Role Overview:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, VP, and Board of Directors (15-17 members)
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules, and coordination for leadership and the board
  • Prepare, format, and distribute board meeting materials; take and circulate detailed minutes for quarterly multi-day sessions
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and board members
  • Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, board members, and external partners
  • Support organizational initiatives, events, and special projects as assigned
  • Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
  • Proven track record supporting a Board of Directors in a professional setting (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in the nonprofit and/or mission-driven sector is highly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn internal systems and tools

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
