**** MUST SIT IN MINNEAPOLIS in HYBRID CAPACITY - Will move to 4x Days onsite in SEPTEMBER 26' **** Description The client is seeking a strong Business Systems Analyst that is more on the technical side as it relates to data and understanding how data works on the backend (ie: SQL, APIs, etc.). This individual will be supporting the Banking & Lending program, specifically working on the mortgage project. There are two phases of this effort. The first is to provide the capabilities for advisors to set up a referral for a new or existing client to be considered for a mortgage (leveraging the mortgage brokers from Citi National which the client acquired). In phase one, they need to ensure all applicable mortgage data is present and available. In phase 2 of the effort, we will move to set up mortgage and service the mortgages. Skills Business analysis, Agile, Requirements gathering, Sql Top Skills Details Business analysis, Agile, Requirements gathering, Sql Additional Skills & Qualifications Senior level experience with Data (Mapping, migration/conversion) Senior level experience with Reporting Financial services background, specifically having experience in mortgage Experience with SQL (reading/writing basic queries) and APIs (reading and testing APIs) Documents Requirements: Drafts functional and non-functional data requirements, leveraging previous info provided and input from business stakeholders. Creates Templates / Supporting Materials: Builds or leverages templates to facilitate working sessions and capture requirements and shares best practices with other project teams. UAT test experience Hands on requirements gathering and documentation experience Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
