Asset Management Digital Transformation Architect

You're eager to apply your advanced defense real property asset management subject matter expertise to redefine what's possible. We're looking for someone like you to help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital transformation architecture from roadmap to implementation.

As a digital transformation architect on our team, you'll modernize global asset management systems for Defense customers by implementing effective enterprise solutions that IT-enable standard business processes and accelerate audit readiness. Using effective requirement management, data analysis, and customer engagement, you'll work alongside key stakeholders and other team members to share your expertise on technical ecosystems and implement transformative business systems.

In this role, you'll directly impact Air Force asset management by translating critical compliance and functional needs into actionable system changes, supporting audit readiness activities, validating system functionality to meet mission requirements, and working directly with stakeholders to foster consistent and compliant system adoption. You Have:

  • 7+ Years of experience in Air Force Real Property management

  • 5+ Years of experience supporting audit activities, including those related to Real Property audit compliance

  • 5+ Years of experience managing Real Property records in NexGen IT

  • 5+ Years of experience supporting Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR)

  • Knowledge of DoD and DAF Real Property compliance requirements, including RPIM

  • Knowledge of Air Force Real Property inspection, real property oversight, and management activities

  • Knowledge of Agile development processes

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience leading data quality initiatives

  • Experience leading virtual training activities and webinars

  • Knowledge of Air Force Real Property lease and in or out grant management processes

  • Ability to work independently on a geographically dispersed team

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
