Job Summary The Associate Graphic Designer will support the creative department with conceptualizing and delivering engaging content for AEG Presents. The Associate Graphic Designer will collaborate with other departments to assist with the ideation of content and creative solutions. The Associate Graphic Designer will also be responsible for appropriate representing the brand, using creative feedback, and applying new techniques to creative designs. Essential Functions
- Contribute to the design process by creating graphics, web content, multi-media: brochures, print and digital catalogs, web banners, online advertisements, displays and other creative materials using programs like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, and Premiere.
- Utilize fundamental understanding of branding and elements of design to aide in the creation of visually engaging content: manipulating image composition and performing basic paint overs when necessary.
- Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to conceptualize creative solutions for a wide variety of projects from initial ideation through execution and optimization.
- Use new techniques and processes (transitions, duotones, cinemagraphs) to produce images that identify a product or convey a message, thus resulting in creative results.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) Graphic Design or related major
- 0-2 years Of work experience in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat Pro)
- Exceptional illustration and typography skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented, strategic thinker
- Able to multi-task/shift priorities
- HTML experience preferred
- Interested in live entertainment preferred
Payscale:$25.74 - $31.50 Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
