ACCOUNTING CLERK

Job Duties

* Oversee and work with property leadership on the finalization of the daily Income Journals

* Reconcile credit card accounts across the portfolio of hotels

* Assist in data requests from Controllers to research, print financial reports and other ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

* 1-2 years of General Accounting experience

* Previous Hotel PMS and systems expierence highly preferred

* 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

* Organization Skills, Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required

* Intermediate skill level in Excel and mMathematical proficiency

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to build positive relationship with internal customers in the field and at the Corporate Office
