Job Description The Resilient Infrastructure and Supply Chain (RISC) Unit of Cybersecurity, Information Protection, and Hardware Evaluation Research (CIPHER) Laboratory is looking for a Graduate assistant (GA) for the Fall 2025 semester. The job duties include serving as research assistant for projects, including internal and sponsored projects. The student will be required to actively engage with the assigned projects and participate on all meetings, online and in-person, implement and analyze models, including BIM, GIS, parametric models, and digital twins, and implement and run summations, gather data and information, prepare and analyze datasets and prepare project materials and presentations as required for project deliveries. The Graduate Assistant is also expected to work with GTRI research faculty in ongoing projects in data collection, modeling, simulations, data analysis, literature review, prepare presentations, posters and reports. As a part of job responsibilities, the student should help assist Vertically Integrated Projects (VIP), supporting the students' work and tracking their performance. The role may also include supervision of high-school and undergraduate students and managing sub-tasks. Also, the GA is expected to help with building and setting up prototype's installations, project logistics, and attend research sites for ongoing tasks.
