We are looking for a highly motivated, positive, and innovative Outcomes Research Coordinator to support project management activities for all projects conducted by the DCR Outcomes Research Team, including tasks related to project documentation, stakeholder communications, project tracking and status updates, and assistance to the Project Captain (project lead). This role also includes other non-project administrative tasks to support initiatives led by the Manager, Special Projects. DCR Outcomes Research provides strategic insight and promotes innovation in care delivery at DaVita through primary and retrospective research aimed at improving clinical outcomes and quality of life for people with kidney disease. DCR Outcomes Research partners with stakeholder groups across DaVita to conduct analyses that answer key business questions and inform clinical strategy. Over the last 15 years, we have completed and published over 600 studies and have presented our work at several nationally recognized conferences, including the American Society of Nephrology (ASN) and the National Kidney Foundation (NKF). ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 35% - Project Documentation - Administrative tasks related to project set-up and initiation, including liaising with legal and privacy departments, meeting scheduling, and resource planning 30% - Project Management Support - Support Project Captain (lead) by attending project meetings, managing project checklist, status updates to stakeholders, and time accounting reports 15% - Project Tracking - Routinely update multiple trackers related to all aspects of projects 10% - Primary Research Support - Perform various activities related to the MyKidneyResearch (MKR) research participant portal (recruitment effort, monitoring inbox, message responses, and other duties) 5% - Research Summit - Assist with stakeholder communications and intake process coordination related to the twice-annual Research Summit 5% - Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
