Manual Lathe Machinist

• Set up and operate manual machines such as lathes, mills, and drill presses
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
• Measure and inspect machined parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision tools
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve issues
• Monitor machining process to maintain quality and improve efficiency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

• Requires high school diploma/GED and 3+ years of manual machining experience
• Strong mechanical skills, ability to read technical drawings, and work independently
