The Opportunity

Crisis24 is the world's leading integrated riskmanagement, crisisresponse and global protectivesolutions firm, backed by GardaWorld. Our 24/7 operations, AIpowered intelligence platforms (e.g., Horizon, TopoONE) and 200+ analysts support Fortune 500s, universities and highnetworth families on every continent. The IRM division is scaling fast, applying advanced analytics and AI to anticipate global threats and keep clients resilient. We now require a commercially minded VP Finance to steer all global IRM finance activities, fuel profitable growth and act as CFO for the business line.

Role Purpose

Act as the finance architect for IRM worldwide - safeguarding financial integrity while unlocking strategic value. You will set the agenda for budgeting, forecasting, performance analytics, cash optimization and risk control, ensuring that the IRM leadership team have the insight and headroom to seize market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering	* Shape IRM strategy, pricing, service mix and gotomarket plans. * Lead the annual strategic plan and rolling forecasts; translate growth initiatives into financial outcomes.
Financial Planning & Analysis	* Own P&L, balancesheet and cashflow for IRM (multicurrency, >$200m revenue). * Deliver accurate monthly close, dashboards and boardready insights within 8day timetable.
Operational Finance & Controls	* Strengthen global controls and revenuerecognition discipline. * Drive global payroll compliance and accuracy in partnership with HR leaders * Oversight of global adherence to local sales tax requirements and related projects * Optimize working capital - DSO <60days.
Commercial & Deal Support	* Advise on complex, multiyear client contracts; build margin and risk models. * Support M&A diligence and postdeal integration.
Systems & Process Excellence	* Sponsor the rollout of aligned finance systems and AIenabled tools. * Drive lean finance processes and further embrace AI where applicable.
Leadership & Talent	* Coach and develop a highperforming, geographically dispersed team of six direct reports and broader team of 50+ * Embed a culture of accountability, agility and datadriven decisionmaking.

Candidate Profile

5+ years' progressive finance leadership in global B2B services / SaaS / riskmanagement or related sectors, including divisional CFO or VP Finance remit. Prior responsibility for a P&L$100m and multisite teams.
CPA/ACA/CIMA (or MBA) with mastery of US GAAP/IFRS, multicurrency consolidation, project accounting, and advanced modelling.
Track record of ERP implementations, process automation and building finance analytics in fastgrowth environments.
Empowers teams, communicates crisply up to Csuite, thrives in dynamic, highstakes settings.
