How this opportunity is different

Seeking a dedicated and highly analytical Risk Management Analyst to join our organization. The Risk Management Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and our insurance brokerage partners to protect employees, guests, and properties through the placement of insurance programs The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the insurance renewal process, working to maintain and update our various risk management information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Renewal

  • Assist with Insurance Renewal

Certificates of Insurance:

  • Responsible for support, coordination and administration of Certificates of Insurance

Onboarding new Locations:

  • Assist Senior Analyst with onboarding and offboarding locations and monthly reconciliation.

Administrative Duties:

  • Primary scheduler for all risk meetings. Coordinate with brokers and team members to plan travel and meeting invitations.
  • Maintain Risk Information Systems (RMIS) updating exposure data coordinating and administration of user access requests

Risk Management Survey:

Assist the Senior Analyst in updating property exposure data from hotels and collecting accurate exposure data from the hotels via the annual surveys

Compliance:

Responsible for maintaining the Compliance platform - Evident with the most updated participants and contact information.

Other Requests:

  • In collaboration with senior analysts, respond to insurance coverage, pricing, invoices, and insurance documentation questions received by locations.
  • Provide training on the self-service features of the Risk Portal.

NDA Management:

  • In collaboration with Legal and cyber broker, update and maintain the NDA's for the insurance carriers working bidding on cyber insurance coverage.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • 1+ years of experience with risk management or insurance responsibilities preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in risk management, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using Excel tools like pivot tables and vLOOKUPs, macros and other advanced functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable juggling shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and deliverables
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence stakeholders at various levels.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $68,000.00 to $72,000.00 USD. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
