Reports to Sr Director, Intrastaff. This position is responsible for managing the full scope and cycle of temporary staffing for Clinical temp positions as it relates to business expansion and development, procurement/recruitment, order fulfillment, and ongoing compliance with JHHS and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. This includes managing the staff coordinators/ account managers, talent acquisition specialists, after-hours staffing coordinators, and the MSP Talent Coordinators for the Clinical division. This division is comprised of RN, Allied, and CNA staff. The scope spans all JHHS entities and encompasses recruiting, staffing, and employment management of the internal Intrastaff pool (approximately 450 employees) and sourcing and managing all external temporary clinical agency orders. This includes all RN and Allied travel and per diem requests. In addition, the Assistant Director, Intrastaff Clinical Division, is responsible for the day-to-day operations, recruitment, and full employment processes for staffing of the Patient Safety Attendants for JHH. In addition, this position is responsible for establishing and analyzing the metrics necessary to monitor and ultimately improve fill-rate and satisfaction of both the external customers and the temporary staff, and for the management of the after-hours call program. The role includes identifying new business opportunities and gaps in customer delivery and expectations, developing strategies to close these gaps, and bringing these strategies forward to the Director. Travel to JHHS affiliate and external agency sites is required as needed to meet goals. Required to participate in 24-hour service and administrative coverage, as needed. Collaborates with the Director and other JHHS leadership staff to establish, implement, monitor, and accomplish the strategic goals of Intrastaff and the JHHS organization.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Required; MHCM, MSN, MBA, or Master's Degree in related field strongly preferred.

Work Experience: Position requires a minimum of seven years of progressive responsibility in acute care clinical experience with at least two years in a leadership role.

Salary Range: $41.26/hour - $72.23/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
