Our ideal Scrum Master will have good communication and listening skills, the ability to prioritize, and be a problem solver. We desire someone that is adaptable, flexible, technically savvy, a go-getter, and has the desire to continuously grow.

In this role, you will:



  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support agile best practices and coach team members on Scrum principles and delivery excellence.
  • Serve as a JIRA administrator for development teams; owning setup, workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Help remove impediments to the team's progress and shield the team from outside interruptions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog grooming, sprint readiness, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Monitor sprint performance and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Maintain focus on delivering high-value outcomes and promoting a culture of accountability and transparency.


This position is a hybrid role and will be located in Kansas City, MO or Minneapolis, MN area.

Basic Qualifications:



  • 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, or in a similar role within an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Minimum one year working with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.).
  • Experience in technology or digital product organization.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and basic technical concepts.
  • Familiarity with Confluence or other collaboration/documentation tools.
  • Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
