Functional Workforce Consultant
Job description
Job Summary: Dexian is seeking a Functional Workforce Consultant (3 Openings) for an opportunity with a client located in Dearborn MI. Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining workforce planning models, analyzing data to identify trends, and forecasting staffing needs
Collaborating with stakeholders to create tailored workforce strategies, including targeted recruitment, development initiatives, and talent management programs
Monitoring the effectiveness of workforce plans and strategies, adjusting them as needed, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Working with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment on workforce needs and strategies, fostering communication and collaboration across teams
Identifying and addressing workforce-related challenges, recommending solutions, and implementing innovative approaches to optimize workforce performance
Analyzing data to identify trends, forecast needs, and track the effectiveness of implemented strategies, often using data visualization techniques to communicate findings
Providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues and stakeholders on workforce management best practices
Requirements:
- Workforce Software - Proven business processes and system logic
- Proven Workforce software configuration experience
- Workforce Software Certification
- Manufacturing Experience **This has been a huge gap for the team
- Translate business Requirements into Workforce system Configuration
- Strong communication- needs to be able to come in and work with users, stakeholders, and business customers
- 5+ years of experience
The ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions
The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, build rapport, and influence decision-making
The ability to manage projects, track progress, and ensure successful implementation of workforce strategies
Familiarity with workforce management systems, labor laws, and industry best practices
The ability to align workforce strategies with overall organizational goals and objectives
The ability to adapt to changing business needs and adjust strategies as required
