Job Description
At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a dedicated VDC Project Manager to join our talented team. We are actively seeking candidates based in the Midwest (KS, MI, CO) or California. This role will require extended travel or temporary relocation, particularly to project sites in Michigan and Indiana. In this role, you will assist in obtaining, evaluating, and coordinating all information needed to construct the project per the contract documents through BIM models and to ensure that the work meets all safety standards, is within schedule requirements, and is constructed to the highest level of quality possible while on site. This will be done by leveraging BIM models and VDC tools and processes to benefit project workflows. They will also be required to manage direct reports, provide training, and help take lessons learned from projects and make changes to the VDC PM team's ways of working. Additional Responsibilities
For candidates located in Southern California, the salary offered for this role is between $112,000 $150,000, but the actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set, and education. For candidates located in Northern California, the salary offered for this role is between $117,000 and 157,000, but the actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set, and education. For candidates located in New Jersey, the salary offered for this role is between $107,000 and $143,000, but the actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set, and education.
