We are seeking a Traveling Customer Service / Collections Loan Specialist to support our branch managers across the San Antonio area. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining compliance, processing loans efficiently, and supporting customer financial solutions. In this role, you'll handle loan applications, verify documents, process customer payments, and support collection efforts. When needed, you'll step in to manage day-to-day operations of various branch locations, ensuring consistent performance and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers via phone, mail, or in person to arrange payments and resolve delinquencies. Execute collections calls and refinance options to bring accounts current. Accurately process loan applications and maintain complete documentation in compliance with company, state, and federal regulations. Sell loan products and ancillary services to current and prospective customers. Maintain up-to-date account information and enter payments into loan management software. Prepare and process legal and financial documentation as required. Use company-provided location services to find and contact past-due customers. Serve as acting manager when needed to support branch operations.
