Role: Post-Harvest Technician

Your Impact:

• Effectively lead team members in all post-harvest processes

• Maintain facilities cleanliness as well as equipment/room sanitization and sterilization

• Monitor weight and accuracy of recorded post-harvest materials

• Tag flower and trim for compliance

• Complete daily, weekly and monthly post-harvest logs

Your Strengths:

• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trimming/drying and other postharvest tasks.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.

• Passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
