* Job details:* -Attention to detail, able to shift priorities as workflow changes, able to perform and conduct themselves in a professional environment -Production based environment -Staff remains until work is done, this can be a shorter or longer day. The expectation is they can stay later. -Lunches and breaks need to be taken. -Primarily scanning and imaging, working on a machine called a Falcon Red-this machine opens mail and they are responsible for extracting the mail. -This is all done on one machine in a fluid motion -It is important to be professional, this is discussed in the training they receive -Its a bonus if they have mailroom experience -Ability to key alpha-numeric -10 key as well -Everyone is cross trained Top Skills Required MUST HAVES * Attention to detail * Ability to shift priorities as workflow changes * Professional conduct in a work environment * Flexibility to stay until work is completed * Experience in a production-based environment * Operation of Falcon Red machine for scanning and imaging * Mail extraction and processing * Alpha-numeric data entry * 10-key proficiency * Cross-training adaptability Secondary Skills / Nice to Haves * Mailroom Experience: Prior experience in a mailroom is a bonus but not mandatory. Work Environment * Location: USA-WA-Tukwila * Schedule: 5 Days a week: Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon * Weekdays (Mon & Thurs): 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM * Weekends (Sun, Fri & Sat): 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM * On-Site Requirement: 5 days a week * Breaks: Lunches and breaks are mandatory Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.10 - $21.10/hr.
