Salesforce Inc. seeks Customer Success Manager in Irvine, CA: Job Duties: Develop and maintain relationships with key customer business and IT partners through effective communication, to understand their top business goals, priorities and to translate business needs into solutions. Act as an internal authority on customers' key value drivers and needs, and as an internal point of contact with customers to internal stakeholders. Communicating and influencing effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes on the Mulesoft platform by coordinating the completion of the Signature Success catalog of services as required. Provide timely and proactive Mulesoft feature guidance based on the areas of interest for customers. Effectively align with and manage both Business & Technical Stakeholders around customer goals ensuring value is delivered through Signature. Provide Technical Guidance to the customer by utilizing prior technical knowledge of Mulesoft Cloudhub 1.0, 2.0, RTF & Flex Gateway. Act as an advisor to customers for the adoption of new features of Mulesoft's annual release schedules and identify potential challenges and risks to customers' implementation. Provide regular updates and communications to key customer contacts during infrastructure service degradations or disruptions that occur during normal business hours. Partner with internal teams like Signature Support Delivery and the Critical Incident Center for after-hours coordination. Serve as the point of contact for major incidents, leading the customer's expectations and communications through the resolution of such incidents. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May be assigned to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field. A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering). Special Skill Requirements: (1) MuleSoft API; (2) REST API; (3) Mulesoft Cloudhub & RTF Runtimes; (4) Java; (5) Amazon Web Services; (6) Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Design & Architecture; (7) Oracle SOA; (8) Jenkins; and (9) Maven (10) Customer Management. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May be assigned to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Salary: $140,358.00 - $183,500.00 per annum.
