As an Accounting Services Associate you will:

• Prepare workpapers, reconcile accounts, and compile financial statements for clients
• Have an understanding of client accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks; desktop and online)
• Provide timely and accurate accounting assistance per client requests
• Assist with individual and business tax preparation services
• Assist in fieldwork at client offices

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 0-2 years of similar experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft office products
• Strong multi-tasking skills

The position will work between 3 - 4 hours a day, four days a week.
