Position Summary:

The Product and Systems Training Associate is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to branch staff and internal departments on bank products and services. This role ensures that employees are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service and meet organizational goals.

This position will report to the Director of Product Management

We have a flexible work schedule where employees can work from home one day a week.

Essential duties and responsibilities:



  • Training Needs Assessment: Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of branch staff and internal departments.
  • Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs on bank products and services, including instructional materials and teaching plans.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions both in-person and online, ensuring that all employees understand and can effectively use bank products and services.
  • Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and follow-up evaluations. Make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and address specific needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee development and incorporate them into training programs.


Required knowledge, skills and experience:



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the banking industry
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in instructional design and learning management systems


Preferredknowledge, skills and experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources or related filed.
  • In-depth understanding of bank products and services, as well as regulatory requirements.


Potential Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

This salary range reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
