POSITION SUMMARY The Mental Health Associate (Full-Time Group Counselor) is responsible for facilitating group services within an assigned program at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center (JHBMC). The MHA is expected to conduct an average of five groups per day, along with completing documentation and billing for all services rendered. Group topics may include-but are not limited to-psychoeducation, self-esteem, relapse prevention, substance use education, managing violent relationships, and other relevant psychotherapy content. The MHA is also required to participate in weekly individual supervision to support professional development and clinical growth. JOB REQUIREMENTS A. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Salary Range: Minimum 17.82/hour - Maximum 29.43/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
