Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Uses predetermined methods, inspection operations, and prescribed specifications to visually inspect solder and conformal coating of circuit card assemblies IAW IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
• The role will incorporate instructions, drawings, inspection instructions and checklists, and various measuring devices (dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales) to visually inspect circuit card assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications, including IPC and related reference documents and standards.
• Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with all levels of manufacturing when addressing quality defects.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 / hr.

Hours: 4/10 hrs/Week. (1^st shift).

Length: Temp (12 months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with inspecting solder connections and in assembly build.
• Minimum 1 year of Conformal coating experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Measurement Standards.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, navigating IPC standards, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with circuit card assemblies by IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with solder/visual Inspection on circuit card assemblies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with manufacturing/soldering and electronic assemblies.

• Able to work under a microscope.
• Detailed and process-oriented.
• Team player with verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Personal Computers.
• Able to read/write English.
• Documentation Skills.
