Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled technician to service, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced chiller systems, including air-cooled, centrifugal, and water-cooled chillers.


Essential Duties

  • Perform full teardown, maintenance, and repair of complex chiller systems.
  • Lead and coordinate work on large-scale projects.
  • Disassemble and reassemble large commercial equipment for troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment confidently.
  • Complete service contracts, quoted jobs, and emergency service calls.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and clearly explain the work performed.
  • Offer solutions and communicate project updates to all stakeholders.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as required.
  • Order materials and manage purchase orders.
  • Drive company vehicles safely and follow all fleet safety policies.
  • Keep tools, equipment, and vehicle inventory organized and in good condition.
  • Use mobile apps and software effectively for job tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience with complex chiller systems and full teardown capability.
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable using technology and mobile apps.
