For hybrid roles, employees must be able to commute to Manchester, NH on a regular basis. The opportunity The Coordinator of Student Involvement will manage recruitment cycles and oversee all operations of online leadership societies, including the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) for online students. You will also support student events and engagement opportunities for the SNHU community. This is a hybrid position; primarily remote with the ability to work on-campus in Manchester, NH weekly. You will report to the Associate Director of Student Involvement, Events and Communication. This is a hybrid position. You will work on our Manchester, NH campus at least 2 days per week. What you'll do:
Manage the leadership society recognition process for new online leadership society chapters, by partnering with external national chapters, SNHU academics, and completing a phase of discovery work. Be the primary advisor and contact for all online leadership societies and collaborate with academic partners. Manage operational and fiscal aspects of leadership societies, including coordination with local and national chapter officers and coordination of induction supplies and mailings, if needed. Coordinate all leadership society communications, including identifying students, overseeing invitation cycles and their timing, and reconciling membership rosters. Partner with the Assistant Director of Online Honor Societies to deliver a variety of opportunities for online students to participate in and join honor and leadership societies. Support leadership societies in event management processes, leading the annual online leadership recognition ceremony and supporting the annual SNHU LEADS Conference. Present involvement opportunities through SNHUconnect, video chats, webinars, and student phone calls and emails. Create engaging content for the SNHUconnect pages for leadership societies and other pages. Oversee student employees to assist with leadership society processes and management. Host Success Networking Teams (SNTs) for each cycle of NSLS to encourage leadership development and engagement. Collect and distribute leadership society metrics. Provide administrative and event support for our student engagement programs, including special projects, department-wide events, and leadership society communications, while collaborating with partners on programming. Help with online, in-person, and hybrid events, hosting, planning, and providing coverage.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The ability to work with diverse range of students, faculty, staff, alumni and other members of our campus community. The ability to organize learning opportunities that are consistent with students' stages of development. The ability to use reflection in helping our students understand leadership concepts. The ability to develop and assess student learning outcomes. Comfort with public speaking (in person and in webinar form).

Compensation The annual pay range for this position is $46,894.00 - $75,045.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $51,818.00 - $70,107.00.
