For hybrid roles, employees must be able to commute to Manchester, NH on a regular basis.

The opportunity

The AI Integration Specialist supports training and adoption of AI tools across the institution. The AI Integration Specialist will report to the Director of AI Integration. This role is important in ensuring faculty, staff, and students integrate AI technologies into their workflows and learning environments, encouraging innovation and improving efficiency. The AI Integration Specialist works with faculty, staff, and students across multiple disciplines and AI proficiency levels. You will be Hybrid working on-site occasionally at our Manchester, NH Campus location. #LI-Hybrid

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct training sessions for faculty, staff, and students to ensure use of AI tools and technologies.
  • Provide in-classroom support and host regular office hours for hands-on guidance and consultation.
  • Help improve existing AI-driven processes to improve operational and educational efficiency.
  • Be a sounding board for faculty and staff ideas related to AI integration.
  • Develop training materials, guides, and resources to support AI tool adoption across the institution.
  • Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in the use of AI tools and technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience in teaching or training in a professional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in the use of AI tools to ensure equitable access for all users.

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is $68,669.00 - $109,891.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $75,879.00 - $102,659.00.
