We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Specialist to join our team. The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for leading and managing the preparation and submittal of technical and commercial proposals for High Voltage Underground (HVUG) projects. Overall, the role is responsible for ensuring winning proposals are delivered on time in accordance with Southwire and customer requirements. The successful candidate will have strong technical aptitude and an analytical approach to completing complex work while adhering to strict milestones and deadlines. Beyond preparing what is required to respond to the customer's inquiry, the Proposal Specialist must seek input from from multi-functional stakeholders across the value chain Key Responsibilities
* Proposal Preparation: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for high voltage projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, technical specifications, and company standards. Required Education & Experience
