  • Dispatch and track all vehicles being sent out to dealerships for diagnosis, estimates and repairs.
  • Accurately dispatch to appropriate and vetted transporters for timely movement to and from dealerships.
  • Manage all invoicing for both the approved repairs and transportation to and from dealerships and repair facilities.
  • Accurately and efficiently maintain communication with all stakeholders including customers, vendors and fellow Manheim employees from appropriate departments.
  • Use organizational tools to update ETAs and deadlines to keep stakeholders informed within agreed timeframe (typically every 4 days for an update).
  • Meet deadlines and effectively communicate in verbal and written form.
  • Work independently while coordinating among several stakeholders and maintain inventory management of vehicles and accurate, timely billing.


Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
  • OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years' experience in a related field.


Preferred:

  • Knowledge of auction operations, automotive/mechanical diagnosis and repair and transportation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Must be able to use general office equipment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity.


USD 17.74 - 26.59 per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $17.74 - $26.59/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
