Are you a passionate brand enthusiast with a knack for driving impactful marketing initiatives? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Brand Manager, where you will manage specific brand-building projects that align with our company's growth and profit goals. This role involves taking full responsibility for the business review of assigned brands, identifying key actions, and developing marketing plans to meet business needs.

In this role, you will independently manage the development of key marketing initiatives and lead the execution of strategic partnerships and PR plans. You will contribute to the Agile Roadmap with the support of Brand Managers and Subject Matter Experts, ensuring alignment with our Brand Strategic Positioning. Your expertise in the new product development process will be crucial as you liaise across functions to execute packaging updates, especially with our upcoming portfolio rebranding.

You will analyze data to understand brand performance and present actionable recommendations to leadership. With a deep understanding of brand architecture and the 3-Year Operating Plan, you will make strategic trade-offs to achieve financial results. You will lead demand preparation, partner with various teams, and drive improvements in brand demand.

Your role will also involve evaluating marketing opportunities, contributing to the Sixth Standard strategy, and managing the brand budget effectively. You will develop channel-specific tactics in partnership with digital and consumer experience teams, ensuring alignment with brand equity. Regular market visits will help you gather insights, identify trends, and ensure marketing tools support sales execution.

We value creativity and innovation, and you will assist in testing new marketing methods. Your empathy for target consumers will guide your analysis of brand data and external insights. You will support the development of consumer archetypes and collect insights from the market.

What You Will Need:

• Master's degree plus 2 years of experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's plus 3 years of Gallo sales, marketing, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Required to travel up to 25% of the time in-market in order to perform job duties.
• Strong analytical & financial acumen.
• Skilled in project management.
• Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. How You Will Stand Out:

• Master's degree plus 4 years of brand marketing experience; OR Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of marketing, agency, brand ambassador, tasting room, bartender/mixology, restaurant management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's plus 6 years of Gallo sales, marketing, hospitality, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• IRI Circana experience.
• Experience managing multiple external agencies.
• CPG, Pharmaceutical, or Alcohol beverage industry experience.
• Experience in a regulated environment.
• Understanding of agile practices.
• Knowledge of on-premise channel.

Compensation

• Hiring Salary Rate: $100,600 - $151,000/Year
• Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
