Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Equipment operators will need to possess prior experience operating loaders, and backhoes. Typical Responsibilities / Essential Functions FOREMAN 
 Effectively lead, manage, and motivate crews of 5 to 10 individualsSuccessfully manage and schedule subcontractorsInterpret blueprints, project plans, and specificationsResponsible for the production processPlan and schedule for necessary manpower, tools, materials, and equipment to complete the jobResponsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logsPerform other related duties as required EQUIPMENT OPERATOR 
 Operate various heavy equipment in compliance with Kinsley's safety standardsDemonstrate a comprehensive understanding of construction practices and site requirementsEnsure equipment is maintained through regular checks and servicingPerform additional responsibilities as necessary to support the team and achieve project goals Requirements
