About the Role
Are you passionate about putting yourself in the shoes of Salesforce customers to understand their needs? Do you love solving problems, uncovering pain points, and developing content that truly drives adoption? If so, this role is for you.

We're seeking a Lead Adoption & Enablement CX Specialist to partner closely with our content architect and content strategist. In this role, you'll create impactful enablement resources-including documentation, Trailhead modules, videos, and other learning experiences-that improve customer adoption and drive success with Data Cloud.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer experience, storytelling, and technical communication.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including developers, product managers, and subject matter experts-to create clear, concise, and engaging adoption and enablement content.

  • Develop documentation, training resources, videos, and other assets tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Partner with content architects and strategists to ensure content aligns with our overall adoption and enablement strategy.

  • Leverage AI tools for content creation, review, and research to drive efficiency and innovation.

  • Continuously evaluate customer needs and feedback to refine and evolve our enablement resources.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional technical writing or content development experience, including creating videos, training materials, and other enablement content.

  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.

  • Strong advocacy for the customer experience, with a passion for building resources that solve real customer problems.

  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, review, and research.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

  • Growth mindset: adaptable, flexible, and comfortable managing shifting priorities.

  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality content on time.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with:

    • Source control software such as Perforce or Git

    • XML-based authoring tools such as Oxygen

    • Salesforce products

    • Agile development methodologies
