Assembly Operator

• Operate machinery, hand tools, and pneumatic tools involved in highly repetitive and routine functions such as riveting, drilling, gluing, and assembling.
• Work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment and participate in teams to improve processes.
• Install hardware with flawless precision.
• Package finished goods for shipping, ensuring world-class standards.
• Perform quality inspections/checks to maintain exceptionally high standards.
• Cross-train in all assembly line steps for efficient team functionality and seamless operations.
• Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition.
• Train new team members as needed.

• Preference given to candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience on an assembly line is helpful but not strictly required.
• Effective interpersonal abilities to excel in a collaborative and ambitious work environment.
• Availability to work overtime when required to successfully implement project goals.
• Physical requirements: Lift, push, pull objects up to 50 lbs. several times daily; Stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8+ hour shifts; Clear eyesight for visual inspection of parts; Regularly lift and/or carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
