Proposal Writer

This temporary position supports completion of a compelling, compliant, and comprehensive proposal by performing the following tasks:

• Assist in proposal management tasks
• Lead formatting and technical / proposal editing of proposal deliverables
• Assist proposal SME writers with outlining, drafting, refining their writing to align to win themes
• Coordinate proposal visuals with graphic artist and recommend proposal content blocks that would work better as a visual

• Experience working in knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams).
• Expert knowledge and high proficiency with MS products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Expert level knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, per government standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with peers and supervisors.
• Self-motivated with outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to tell a compelling proposal narrative and weave win theme threads.

• Proposal AI tool familiarity

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Hourly rate of pay: $50.00
