Are you a seasoned maintenance professional looking to take your career to the next level? We're hiring a Maintenance Planner to support our client's high-performing maintenance team and drive efficiency, safety, and reliability across operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless maintenance execution, optimizing equipment performance, and supporting continuous improvement through SAP and predictive strategies.

Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $20 - $27/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure all maintenance activities align with company's safety standards
  • Drive implementation and optimization of the SAP maintenance model
  • Maintain and manage accurate spare parts inventory and documentation
  • Schedule and prioritize maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with Planning and Department Managers to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Analyze KPIs and identify opportunities for workflow improvements
  • Support the maintenance team in ordering parts, audit preparation, and ongoing operations



Qualifications:



  • 7+ years of experience in a maintenance environment, preferably in a continuous Resin plant with DCS system and automation
  • Prior direct experience is required.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
  • Proficiency in SAP PM, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with Brady Safety Program is a plus
