Are you a seasoned maintenance professional looking to take your career to the next level? We're hiring a Maintenance Planner to support our client's high-performing maintenance team and drive efficiency, safety, and reliability across operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless maintenance execution, optimizing equipment performance, and supporting continuous improvement through SAP and predictive strategies. Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $20 - $27/hr. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all maintenance activities align with company's safety standards Drive implementation and optimization of the SAP maintenance model Maintain and manage accurate spare parts inventory and documentation Schedule and prioritize maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion Collaborate with Planning and Department Managers to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability Analyze KPIs and identify opportunities for workflow improvements Support the maintenance team in ordering parts, audit preparation, and ongoing operations Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in a maintenance environment, preferably in a continuous Resin plant with DCS system and automation Prior direct experience is required.
