Job Title: Associate Director Project Management

About the Job:

Spearhead client deliverables as an Associate Director, Product Development, leading cross-functional teams and overseeing project planning to final delivery. Bringing expertise in large-scale multichannel initiatives, you will drive complex development efforts and delegate smaller tactics. Fostering strong relationships across agency departments, you will optimize processes and ensure quality control for assigned brands while guiding talent and promoting best practices.

A Day in the Life:

Brand Leadership: Partner with Account and department leads for brand success, overseeing client deliverables, timing, quality and budget.

Financial Management: Collaborate with Account and Finance to preserve portfolio financial health, manage budgets and ensure agency billability.

Operational Excellence: Drive organizational excellence, optimize processes and ensure compliance with agency and network procedures.

Talent Management: Lead, mentor and develop Project Management team, fostering open communication, timely completion and inclusive culture.

Strategic Planning: Participate in forward planning, new business pitches and network-level initiatives, promoting agency capabilities.

Risk Management: Proactively manage risk, solve project challenges and serve as escalation point for clients and brands.{Insert bullet points from column C in Master Job Posting File}.


What you will need:

Bachelor's degree in any field; certifications like PMP or CSM a plus.

8+ years' experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations or related field.

Pharmaceutical marketing and advertising experience (highly preferred).

Technical expertise: Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, project management tools (Microsoft Project, Workfront), financial management tools (SAP/Fiori).

Strong organizational, communication and people management skills, with experience leading cross-discipline teams.

Strategic thinking, problem-solving and financial aptitude, with a passion for continuous learning and growth.

Salary

Salary
$110,000 - $150,000
