About this opportunity
The Ericsson US 5G Smart Factory is looking to hire a Final Assembly and Warehouse Supervisor for one of our night shifts. In this critical role, you'll be instrumental in leading our production efforts, contributing to the creation of the world's most sophisticated radios and basebands - the very equipment enabling 5G connectivity on your phone.
We're seeking a dynamic leader to oversee both our Warehouse and Final Assembly teams. You'll be responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations, coaching and motivating your teams, and ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration to drive production and achieve critical quality and throughput goals. You'll also manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving Kanban delivery and the movement and shipment of materials while supporting production demand.
This role demands a proven leader who is comfortable with high-volume production in an ever-changing environment, can foster a strong safety culture, and encourages an environment where team members feel empowered to share ideas and feedback. Your supervisory responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, developing your team, appraising performance, and addressing employee concerns.

What you will do
* Oversee daily final assembly and warehouse operations, monitoring productivity, workflow, accuracy, and error rates to ensure efficiency and quality.
* Generate and present production and operational reports, including end-of-shift summaries and daily meeting updates to management.
* Facilitate communication across departments, escalate issues, and collaborate with leaders in Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality.
* Collaborate with management to address interdepartmental challenges, preventing operational disruptions proactively.
* Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to safety procedures, PPE usage, and all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency, working conditions, employee productivity, and motivation.
* Manage workforce planning, including scheduling, hiring participation, training coordination, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to operators while resolving employee concerns.
What you will bring
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
* Solid understanding of standard intra-departmental functions in daily manufacturing operations
* Solid understanding of how to apply and sustain 5S within a production environment
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment
* Effective leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills
* Positive conflict resolution and communication skills
* Strong problem-solving, creative decision making, and time management abilities
* Experience promoting safety throughout the workplace
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
* Experience using advanced software in a production environment
* Willingness to learn and share knowledge throughout the organization
* Experience addressing employee complaints and solvingproblems

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
