Title: Telecommunication Engineer or Network Engineer Pay Rate: $40/HR to $50/HR Location: Omaha, NE 68102 Work Schedule: 1st Shift Duration: 6 Months Contract, Onsite Job Description: Experience requested: 4-6 years. Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience. 3-5 years' related experience in telecommunications, engineering, network planning, or equivalent. Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills. High attention to detail; able to quickly learn new systems, applications, and processes. Good technical knowledge of Transport systems and IP Routing technologies, preferably at the enterprise or service provider levels. Excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of organizing and managing multiple complex assignments simultaneously, on schedule and within budget. Willing and able to work both individually and within a team environment to complete projects. Highly responsive and able to communicate across various levels of the business (i.e., executive, sales, product, engineering, technology groups, cross-functional work groups, customers, etc.). Highly proficient in PC software and office applications (Microsoft preferred). Scripting, data analytics, and/or database administration skills are a plus. Desirable Skills: Ethernet switch and IP routing, PC software and office applications (Microsoft preferred).
