This position is a combined role serving as both the Site Communication Manager and Employee Experience Project Leader for the BFG4 site in Woodburn, IN. In the capacity of Site Communication Manager (RCS), engage site employees around the site's priorities, within the framework of the Company's strategic plan priorities. Define internal communication plans for the site, ensure the effective deployment of these plans, and manage associated risks. Advise and support the management team and various departments at the site. Within the Site Communication Management network, participate in cross-functional topics, draw inspiration from best communication practices, and contribute to knowledge sharing. The RCS is a member of the site's management team. As an Employee Experience Project Leader, drive culture transformation and employee engagement. This role implements the Manufacturing Vision as defined within the Company's goals and objectives set by the Project Sponsor and the Steering Committee, following their orientations. The primary focus is supporting the Facility Personnel Manager in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, enhancing employee satisfaction, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
