Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
* Prepare and submit insurance license applications and renewals for resident and non-resident licenses, as needed, for CBIZ Associates.
* Prepare and submit appointments for insurance licensed CBIZ Associates.
* When applicable, prepare and submit appointments for CBIZ sub producers who place business under CBIZ agent agreements.
* Assist new hires who have a need for pre-licensing coursework and/or continuing education compliance.
* Maintain the CBIZ Licensing database which requires continued monitoring to ensure accurate records for licensing, appointments and continuing education for insurance licensed CBIZ Associates.
* Develop positive working relationships with CBIZ Associates, carrier licensing & contracting departments & state departments of insurance.
* Establish insurance licensing/credentialing policies & procedures with each assigned CBIZ business unit location, insurance licensed CBIZ Associates and, if applicable, CBIZ sub producers.
* Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Requirements:
* 2 - 3 years of compliance, contracting & licensing experience.
* Paralegal certificate.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
* High school diploma or GED required
* Bachelor's Degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter
* Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
* Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of
organization, both internally and externally
* Effective customer service skills
* Proficient use of applicable technology
* Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
* Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
