Responsibilities Design, implement, and operate resilient, planet-scale identity infrastructure that handles billions of authentication and authorization requests daily. Drive runtime efficiency through deep analysis of performance, cost, and reliability metrics across multi-region deployments. Lead architectural decisions for distributed systems that support service hardening, security compliance, and operational excellence. Partner with teams across Microsoft Security to integrate and evolve platform capabilities to meet evolving product and regulatory requirements. Mentor engineers, championing a culture of inclusion, engineering rigor, and continuous improvement. Participate in on-call rotations, live site reviews, and incident analysis to improve system health and team learning.Embody our culture and values | |
