Principal Engineer-Full Stack

Lead full stack development including front-end and back-end development, systems architecture or design and software and database engineering and development utilizing all of the technologies needed for full project life cycle. Develop and deploy software using DevOps and SDLC best practices. Responsible for architecting solutions and leading full stack development of new features, which includes design and development of software and database applications. Actively partner with the product team to understand solution requirements that focus on optimization, innovation, and the user experience utilizing Agile Methodology. Support Production deployments to deliver software enhancements and bug fixes. Monitor key metrics and system health and quickly identify and resolve issues. Interface with system architects, software development teams and database administrators to deliver and support robust, scalable and manageable application solutions. Lead and drive team to adopt Scaled Agile Framework. Analyze and lead front-end software development by collaborating with User Interface or User Experience team. Provide technical solutions using the following: Core Java, Java/J2EE, Design Patterns, Objective-C, Python, Scala; JavaScript, Node JS, React JS, jQuery, OpenAPI, Swagger; MySQL, Cassandra, MemSQL, MongoDB; Spring Boot, Django Frameworks; and Apache Spark, Kafka, Redis, Git and Jenkins.

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 6 years performing each of the following skills:

• systems architecture or design, software and database engineering and development;
• Core Java, Java/J2EE, Design Patterns, Objective-C, Python, Scala;
• JavaScript, Node JS, React JS, jQuery, OpenAPI, Swagger;
• MySQL, Cassandra, MemSQL, MongoDB;
• Spring Boot, Django Frameworks;
• Apache Spark, Kafka, Redis, Git and Jenkins.

Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
