We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to support the Navy Performance Management Administration (NPMA) - a transformative system modernizing how the Department of the Navy evaluates performance and promotions.

You'll help develop and scale this mission-critical application by building secure, cloud-native software and integrating it with key Navy platforms like RAISE, NIAPS, NIS, CANES, and ACS. This is part of a high-visibility effort aligned with the "Get Real, Get Better" (GRGB) strategy, led by NIWC Pacific and supported by HR specialists and I/O psychologists.

• Design, develop, and scale secure full-stack applications using Java, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and frameworks such as React or Angular

• Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and Azure (EC2, RDS, EKS, App Services, etc.)

• Work in containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes

• Operate effectively in the RPOC DevSecOps pipeline, ensuring compliance from development to deployment

• Integrate with existing Navy systems and uphold strict cybersecurity standards

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Navy stakeholders, HR professionals, and technical teams

• Apply modern design patterns like microservices architecture, CQRS, and distributed caching

• Follow Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to deliver scalable and functional solutions
