HR Compliance Analyst

The HR Compliance Analyst will support the Human Resources department by managing special projects related to compliance and ensure compliance with rules and regulations. This position will be responsible for streamlining the communication to all employees and management dealing with HR compliancy issues. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Assist with collecting, auditing, and maintaining employment forms and records according to established regulatory and legal guidelines. Ensure completion of HR Compliance requirements in an accurate and timely manner to meet HFHS business needs and comply with Federal and State laws to mitigate risk and ensure the success of HFHS.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or other related field required.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Data analysis/report creation, general understanding of State and Federal labor laws and regulations, effectively execute and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Able to work within tight deadlines, while maintaining a high-level of quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to create and follow documented processes to accomplish set requirements and deliverables.
  • Work well in a collaborative and team environment, as well as with cross functional teams.
  • Strong customer service skills and focus.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive and legal information.
