Travel Requirements:

If Rosemont/Milwaukee based, up to 50% travel.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Vice President, Continuous Improvement - Simplification & Maturity to lead the advancement of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) across our global manufacturing operations. This executive will serve as a key architect of operational excellence, driving transformation across manufacturing through the development of best business practices and the application of Lean principles and the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). This senior leader will play a critical role in embedding Lean and Six Sigma methodologies into the fabric of our business, ensuring the consistent application, maturity, and simplification of RBS practices that drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.

As a senior leader within the Regal Rexnord Business System enterprise team, the VP will serve as a strategic partner to segment RBS VPs, VP/GMs, and Operations leaders-guiding the deployment of RBS tools, validating maturity through Gemba, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and peer learning. This role is essential to ensuring that RBS is not only implemented effectively but also evolves as a simplified, scalable system embraced by associates at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an enterprise-wide leader on Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI), applying methodologies across manufacturing environments to drive efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth.

  • Contribute to the development, deployment, and continuous evolution of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS), ensuring alignment with Lean, Six Sigma, and other performance excellence frameworks.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to segment RBS Vice Presidents, General Managers, and Operations leaders, guiding the consistent implementation of RBS tools and practices that deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Influence senior leadership decision-making by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations rooted in CI principles.

  • Champion the transition to a simplified, high-impact RBS culture that emphasizes clarity, associate empowerment, and measurable results.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration to embed CI into the organizational DNA.

  • Lead Gemba-based assessments to evaluate CI maturity, identify simplification opportunities, and support the execution of high-impact improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure CI efforts are prioritized, resourced, and executed in alignment with enterprise goals and customer value.

  • Provide expert coaching and mentorship to CI practitioners and business leaders, building internal capability and fostering a pipeline of RBS leadership talent.

  • Support the development of training programs, tools, and resources that accelerate the adoption and maturity of RBS across the enterprise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.

  • 20+ years of progressive experience in Continuous Improvement, with deep expertise in manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments preferred.

  • 10+ years in senior leadership roles, successfully driving enterprise-wide transformation and operational excellence.

  • Proven mastery of Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies, with demonstrated impact in both plant-floor and corporate settings.

  • Strong program and project management skills; certifications such as PMP or Agile preferred.

  • Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Kotter, Prosci).

  • Strong leadership presence with a track record of building CI capabilities, coaching senior executives, and embedding a culture of continuous learning and operational discipline.

Compensation Details:

Expected Base Salary Range: $194,000 - $302,300

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
