Location: Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI highly preferred. Remote candidates will be considered. Travel Requirements: If Rosemont/Milwaukee based, up to 50% travel. If remote, up to 75% travel. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Vice President, Continuous Improvement - Simplification & Maturity to lead the advancement of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) across our global manufacturing operations. This executive will serve as a key architect of operational excellence, driving transformation across manufacturing through the development of best business practices and the application of Lean principles and the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). This senior leader will play a critical role in embedding Lean and Six Sigma methodologies into the fabric of our business, ensuring the consistent application, maturity, and simplification of RBS practices that drive operational excellence and sustainable growth. As a senior leader within the Regal Rexnord Business System enterprise team, the VP will serve as a strategic partner to segment RBS VPs, VP/GMs, and Operations leaders-guiding the deployment of RBS tools, validating maturity through Gemba, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and peer learning. This role is essential to ensuring that RBS is not only implemented effectively but also evolves as a simplified, scalable system embraced by associates at all levels. Responsibilities:

Compensation Details: Expected Base Salary Range: $194,000 - $302,300 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
