The US Oncology Network is looking for an Precision Medicine Associate Director, Data Science - Dallas, Texas, to join our team! The position schedule is M - F, 8:00am - 5:00pm with occasional after-hours work. What does the Precision Medicine Associate Director, Data Science position do? The Precision Medicine Associate Director, Data Science oversees a team responsible for the translation and documentation of non-structured information into structured data, such as reviewing clinical information in a non-structured, textual/pdf format and transcribing that information into structured data fields. This manager may collaborate with data scientists within the Precision Medicine Team and clinicians within Texas Oncology and US Oncology Research for the identification of patients who may be eligible for enrollment in clinical trials. This individual will also assist in managing the department's efforts in NLP and AI to transform unstructured documents into useable results and structured data. The manager will be responsible for the delivery of clinical data analysis that encompasses real world data utilizing both structured and unstructured sources. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities:
