We're seeking an experienced Advanced IT Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object-oriented programming languages, modern web development tools, and IT controls. You will be responsible for writing code, reviewing code, and driving programming standards while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of applications and data. What are the Key Responsibilities:
- Write code for moderately complex system designs and review code developed by others
- Drive programming standards and write detailed technical specifications
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and resolve issues
- Research vendor products and conduct gap analysis
- Ensure IT controls and SDLC guidelines are followed
- Support application transition throughout the Product Development life cycle
What is Required:
- 4+ years of IT development/programming/coding experience
- Proficiency in React.Js, Express, Node.JS, JavaScript, HTML, and modern web/UI development tools
- Experience with unit testing, release procedures, and change management
- Solid knowledge of React, and Redux principles
What is Preferred:
- Proficiency in MERN and MEAN Scaffolding tools
- Knowledge of DOM manipulation, client-side validation, and Material UI
- Proficiency in MS Suite, Visio, and debugging tools
General Physical Demands Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $89,800 - $112,300, within a full annualized salary range of $89,800 - $146,000
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
