The Women and Infant Services Department provide care to patients with a wide variety of gynecological, obstetrical, and neonatal needs, all in a family-centered environment. Services range from labor and delivery, post-partum, a high functioning nursery, and post-operative care. Pen Bay Medical Center has approximately 250 births annually. Our holistic, evidence-based care model ensures the optimal experience for the patients in our rural community. Summary: The manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Women and Infant Services Unit. This includes fiscal, purchasing, staffing, regulatory, administrative and clinical requirements. The manager will communicate the importance of the Maine Health values and emphasize the importance of the employee/customer relationship to realize positive outcomes.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
