Job Summary

We're looking for a full-time, staff ERP Analyst 2 to join our Day & Zimmermann team located in Philadelphia, PA.The ERP Analyst 2 is responsible for supporting FI/CO configuration and reporting in Day & Zimmermann's SAP R/3 systems. The Analyst works closely with end users to answer and resolve support calls and queries from business users. The Analyst responsibilities include handling end user issues and testing and configuring of SAP Financial modules.

Responsibilities

As the ERP Analyst 2, here's the work you'll do:



  • Deliver advanced functional support and issue resolution for SAP FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), and BI (Business Intelligence) modules by handling and resolving Level 2 support requests. Collaborate closely with business users to understand and troubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions. Ensure timely and accurate response to support tickets, while maintaining clear documentation of resolutions and knowledge-sharing materials. Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to bridge functional and technical gaps, contribute to system enhancements, and promote continuous improvement in financial and reporting processes.
  • Identify and design requirements, testing, training and support.
  • Verify the data integrity by working closely with key users to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of the key figures on the Operational P&L and Consolidation statements.
  • Perform necessary configuration/development changes to meet changing business needs and local/federal laws in the Financial Accounting and Controlling Modules of DZI's SAP System.

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

This role is for you if you have these skills:



  • Strong Knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration, integration, training, testing and implementation.
  • Working Knowledge of US and International GAAP.
  • Experience in SAP ECC 5.0 or 6.0. or S/4HANA Simple Finance
  • Experience in the following SAP areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Special Purpose Ledger, Consolidation, Cost Cetner Accounting, Profit center Accounting, Product Costing, FI/CO month-end activities, and Internal Orders.
  • Integration experience in the following areas of SAP: Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Project Systems, HR and Payroll.
  • Strong reporting skills including Report Painter/ Report Writer/ ABAP Query.
  • Proficient in the user of LSMW or Winshuttle or related tools to load data into SAP.
  • Possess a strong customer focus, strong interpersonal skills, troubleshooting issues, results orientation, and business analysis skills.

Minimum Qualifications

And if you have these qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, SCM or MIS or related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience.
  • 6+ years of SAP experience.
  • Vertex tax or other third party software support experience preferred.
  • SAP Certification: SAP ECC Finance preferred.
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • Successful completion of background screening process.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $88,560 - $143,910. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
