Description & Requirements
How you will contribute:
  • Developing and managing PCAOB specific training content, including webinars, in-person sessions (20-30 travel days/year), and e-learning modules
  • Leading and contributing to curriculum for PCAOB audit engagement topics, technical GAAP areas, public company audits, broker-dealer and 11-K audits, SEC reporting, and more
  • Partnering on Firm manual guidance, practice aids, and special projects
  • Supporting other technical A&A learning initiatives as capacity permits
We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent personal time management with a strong ability to work independently
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups
  • Solid project management abilities
Minimum Qualifications:
  • CPA license
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of public accounting experience, including extensive work with SEC issuers and PCAOB audits
  • Deep understanding of PCAOB Auditing Standards and the PCAOB inspection process
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of public accounting experience at a Senior Manager level or higher
  • Experience with instructional design, learning strategy, or technical A&A training development and delivery
  • Creativity and innovation in designing accounting education programs
  • Familiarity with Firm methodology and guidance in PCAOB audit engagements
  • Experience guiding the work of SMEs and cross-functional teams
