Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations by supporting order processing and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner



  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors



  • Support order processing by entering data and tracking status as needed



  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry



  • Maintain and organize office files and records



  • Assist with processing and distributing mail and packages



  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory



  • Provide additional support to team members and departments as needed




Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training is a plus



  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role preferred



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills



  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities



  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion



  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
